The more you play, the faster you level up — and once you reach a Rewards Level, it’s yours for life.

Start Earning Automatically

There’s nothing to join or activate. As soon as you play eligible Casino games with cash, you’ll begin collecting Rewards Points.

Note: Rewards Points are only earned from cash play. Wagers made using bonus funds or locked cash do not qualify.

Redeem Points Whenever You Want

Your Rewards Points can be exchanged for bonus cash directly through the MySlots Rewards Portal.

To redeem:

1. Open the MySlots Rewards Portal
2. Select Get My Bonus
3. Choose how many points you’d like to exchange

You can redeem a small amount or cash in a larger balance — it’s completely up to you.

Two Types of Points

Rewards Points

• These are the points you redeem for bonus cash.

Lifetime Points

• These track your long-term progress through the Rewards Levels.

Important:

• Every eligible wager earns both point types at the same rate, but only Rewards Points can be redeemed.
• As you collect Lifetime Points, you’ll unlock better redemption rates across 8 Rewards Levels.
• Unlike many rewards programs, your Rewards Level never drops. Once you unlock a level, you keep it permanently.

Platinum Paradise is the VIP tier of the MySlots Rewards Program.

This level sits above Level 8 and is available by invitation only. Eligibility is reviewed by the VIP team and may be based on:

• Account activity
• Consistent play
• Overall engagement with Slots.lv

Platinum Paradise members may receive enhanced bonus opportunities and exclusive VIP perks.

Important: Platinum Paradise status is reviewed regularly and is not guaranteed for life. If eligibility requirements are no longer met, your account may return to your previous Rewards Level.

Rewards Points Expiration

Rewards Points expire 12 months after they’re earned.
